In this class we will flow with the pink moon during the time at which it will reach peak illumination. This is an all levels class where we will move and breathe and connect to our bodies and the earth. The Pink Full Moon signifies springtime, renewal, and growth, named for the early blooming wild moss phlox flower. It represents a time to release old, stagnant energy, cultivate balance, and foster new beginnings. This is a yoga flow class that allows you to sync your practice with the power of the full moon. Laura Black is a graduate of the Debra Silverman Applied Astrology School and has been a professional astrologer since 2019.
